Unable to edit my keep

Upon entering a box of Cohibas, under "volume " I entered "25" as to the volume of the box. After finalizing my entry, I noticed that the volume meant number of boxes. There is no way for me to edit my entry. With that, an edit screen does show up but for only about 1 second then disappears. Any help is appreciated.
